Mississippi Real Estate Exam Information |

The Mississippi real estate commission conducts examinations approximately once a month. Before registering for the exam you must first be approved by the Mississippi real estate commission. After you are approved, you will have two months to take the test. The test is comprised of 100 questions. The composition of the test includes questions based on national real estate laws and regulations as well as Mississippi state specific questions. The time limit to complete the entire Mississippi Real Estate Broker and Sales agent exam is four hours. In Mississippi if you fail the exam you are allowed to reschedule and take the exam again at no charge. On the exam day be sure to arrive early. Remember to bring a simple functioning calculator since there will be questions that involve some math. The exam is closed book. The registration fee to take the Mississippi Real Estate Broker exam is 135 dollars and to take the salesperson exam is 110 dollars.
